Bright Crunchy Seaweed & Seed Salad

Ingredients
2 tbsp seaweed flakes (Dulse, Wakame, Nori)
200g each Mixed crunchy greens (lettuce, cabbage, rocket)
1 Carrot, shredded
1 handful Tasted seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, sesame)
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp Lemon juice or rice vinegar
1 tsp Honey or maple syrup
1 pinch Salt & pepper
Method

In a bowl, toss the mixed greens and shredded carrot.

Sprinkle seaweed flakes evenly over the top.

Add toasted seeds for crunch and minerals.

Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper into a bright dressing.

Drizzle over the salad and toss gently to coat.

Serve immediately for maximum crunch and freshness.
