Crispy Roast Potatoes with GRO Seaweed Seasoning

Ingredients
1 kg potatoes (Maris Piper or Rooster), peeled & chopped
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sea salt

1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp seaweed seasoning( Dulse, Nori, Wakame)
1 tbsp fresh herbs (optional: parsley, chives)
Method
Prep the potatoesPreheat oven to 200°C. Parboil potatoes for 8–10 minutes until edges soften.
Rough them upDrain and shake the pot to create fluffy edges for extra crispiness.
Season & roastToss potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a hot tray and roast 40–45 minutes, turning once.
Finish with seaweedWhen golden and crisp, toss with
seaweed seasoning while still hot.
ServeTop with fresh herbs and enjoy immediately.
